Delivery & Returns

DELIVERY TIMES

Most of our pieces are handmade to order and take up to four weeks for delivery.

If you require your purchase sooner, please contact us to find out if your request can be met. Pieces marked ‘Ready to ship’ are in stock and typically ship the day after purchase.

DELIVERY CHARGES

Within the UK, delivery is charged at £9. Parcels are sent via Royal Mail Special Delivery with guaranteed next-day delivery by 13:00. A signature is required but if no one is available to accept the parcel, a card will be left for you to arrange collection or re-delivery.

International shipments are charged at £25. Parcels are sent via DHL and typically take 2-3 days for most of Europe and 3-7 days for the rest of the world.

You will receive a notification with a parcel tracking number when your order is dispatched.

Please ensure that your address is accurate and complete to guarantee delivery. We cannot accept any responsibility for failed or delayed delivery due to customer error.

CUSTOMS CHARGES

Our jewellery prices include all customs duties and taxes and customers should not have any additional charges to pay at the point of entry to their country.

CANCELLATION POLICY

As most of our jewellery is handmade to order, orders must be cancelled within 48 hours of placing. Please email us and mark the subject heading ‘Urgent cancellation’.

RETURNS POLICY

We hope that you will be delighted with your piece(s) from Grainne Morton. If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase we are happy to exchange or refund your order provided it is for a necklace, bracelet, or ring. Earrings and custom pieces CANNOT BE RETURNED OR EXCHANGED. We are, however, happy to discuss
any potential adjustments or alterations.

If you wish to return a piece(s) to us for exchange, refund, or adjustment, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to discuss your options.

Items are returned to us at your own risk and we recommend using a trackable shipping or postal service. You may wish to insure your parcel against loss or damage. Orders should be retuned in their original packaging and in perfect condition. You must pay for the return including any customs duties/taxes.

Christmas Deliveries

To have your order delivered in time for Christmas your order must be ordered before Friday 13th December.
