Every piece is made by hand to order, giving each piece a slightly different lead time.
Lead times are usually up to 4 weeks.
If you require an item for a specific date or really urgently please contact Grainne before ordering to ensure that your request can be met. Grainne will do her best to meet any deadlines.
Within the UK: Royal Mail Special Delivery £9.00
Royal Mail Special Delivery is fully trackable and insured and guaranteed to arrive next working day from date of dispatch. Parcels are guaranteed to arrive by 1pm and require a signature. If there is no-one available to accept the parcel, a calling card will be left for you to arrange re-delivery or collection.
International: DHL or Royal Mail International (Tracked and Signed) £25.00
Royal Mail International Tracked and Signed items are tracked and insured up to £250. Parcels are usually delivered within 3-5 working days to most of Europe and 3-7 days to the rest of the world. You will be issued with a tracking number when your order has been dispatched. Additional insurance can be purchased if necessary.
*Postal addresses must be accurate and complete to guarantee delivery. We cannot accept any responsibility for non-delivery, or delayed delivery, of items due to customer error.
International customers are responsible for any, and all, duties and/or taxes that may be imposed on the item on arrival at the destination country. Please note, these charges are completely beyond our control, and entirely at the discretion of border control at the country in question.
As all of our jewellery is handmade to order, orders must be cancelled within 48 hours of placing. Please contact us, with the subject heading “Urgent”, at: firstname.lastname@example.org
We hope you will be delighted with your piece of Grainne Morton jewellery.
However, if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, Grainne is happy to adjust, exchange, or refund your order.
If this is the case, please contact Grainne within 14 days of receipt of your delivery to arrange the return/exchange/adjustment, then make sure to ship the item back to us as soon as possible.
Items are returned at the buyer’s own risk, so we recommend that you use a Special Delivery service, and insure the shipment against loss or damage. Postage will only be refunded if an item has been sent incorrectly, or some other error has been made on our part.
Orders must be returned in their original packaging and in perfect condition.
*Earrings and custom made items CANNOT BE RETURNED/EXCHANGED. Grainne is happy, however, to discuss any potential adjustments or alterations (at additional cost to the customer).
*For international returns, customs duties/taxes must be paid for by the customer. These will be invoiced at cost.
