How do you process payments?

If you would rather pay by another method, such as personal cheque (UK only) or bank transfer, please place your order by email at: firstname.lastname@example.org, including details of how you would like to pay.

what happens if i damage my jewellery?
Grainne is happy to carry out repairs of her jewellery should they become damaged over time, or during use. Please contact us with a description of the damage (with photographs, if possible) so that she can provide you with information on how to proceed and a quotation for the repair.
Do you repair jewellery?
Grainne can only repair items made in her own studio.
Your security is of utmost importance to us, and your contact details, and payment details, will only be used to facilitate any order you place with us.
Can i stock your jewellery in my gallery/shop?
If you are a member of the trade and would like to purchase a selection of Grainne’s work for your shop/gallery, please contact Grainne for her wholesale prices and guidelines.

do you accept commissions?
Many of Grainne’s collections are particularly adaptable to personalising, making them perfect for a special gift, so please get in touch with any ideas you have- she'd love to work with you!
Will i get the exact piece in the photo?
On placing an order, Grainne will attempt to recreate the piece pictured, as closely as possible, for you, but there may be slight differences depending on the availability of the particular found objects.
This is one of the charms of her work, and ensures that each piece is unique to its owner.
Can I feature you and your work on my blog?
We would be delighted if you featured Grainne's work on your blog or website!
However, due to the finely handcrafted, bespoke nature of Grainne's work, we can not provide samples for bloggers or prizes for giveaways or auctions.
We also ask that you get in touch before hand so we can provide the correct crediting for any images you would like to use.
can I borrow your work for a photoshoot?
We love working with stylists, so just drop us a line with a link to your portfolio, and any other pertinent information about the shoot, and we will get back to you asap.
